Memory Monday....dad style.

There he was....there was my dad sitting in the stands, cheering me on. He knew I could hit that homerun or tag-that-out at short! My dad had more faith in me than I did. What better feeling is that? My own personal cheering section. I will always remember the feeling I felt when I would look out into those stands and see my dad waving me on....yelling my name, telling me I could do it. I could do it.

I am grateful for the husband that I have who is passing that same confidence in my little girl....that daddy is cheering for her! Chris is so cute; here he is reading to Riley's Kindergarten class (even though he is very nervous!)

Thanks Chris...for taking the afternoon off to support Riley! It means so much to me, and I know it meant the world to Riley; her smile while introducing you to all her friends at school said it all...."this is my daddy." Riley had the whole world in her hands at that moment....and her daddy put it there.
